Requests for online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For reservations less than 12 hours, please call (206) 701-4455(206) 701-4455. We request you book your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute reservations can be made with 4 hours notice and is subject to availability. Since we are driving on public roads and highways, we cannot be held liable for delay/lateness due to mechanical problems and road conditions such as traffic, weather, and other national disaster.

All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time of reservation which you can check in the rate page by entering your zip code or your address. Special type vehicle requests are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Make, Change, or Cancel Reservations

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for our services. Cancellations by email are required to be sent at least 4-8 hours in advance. Cancellations by phone are required to be sent at least 4 hours in advance. Services changed or cancelled less than 4 hours before pick-up time will be charged our minimum charge of $40.00 for town cars, and Chevy Suburban and Express Van will be $60.00 plus 20% gratuity, due to loss of revenue and time for our cars and chauffeurs, unless otherwise authorized by our management.

No Show Policy

Full amount of the fare will be charged if the passenger fails to be at the pickup location. We do not guarantee vehicle availability for any reservation changes but we will work with you to provide the best solution. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please do not leave your location. You must contact our office immediately at (206)701-4455. Without notifying our office, the full charge for the trip including gratuity will be charged.

Payment Policy

Abe Towncar Service accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card. You can also pay cash to the driver. At the drop off time, we do not accept checks, gift cards or any other form of payment not listed above.

Early-Late Hours and Holiday Policy

A premium flat rate of $10.00 applies to all reservations that fall between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.

$15.00 Fee applies to the base rate on the following Holidays: Valentine’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Waiting Time Policy

There is a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled pick-up time. After the grace period has passed there is a charge of $15.00 for every 15 minutes. These changes do not apply to airport arrivals unless there is excessive waiting time caused by lost luggage, etc.

Additional Stops Policy

For each extra stop, a fee of $10 will apply. This means that if you need to pick up somebody else that you travel with on your way to the airport, a $10.00 fee will be added to your rate. Off route stops will be based on locations.

No Smoking Policy

All of our cars are non-smoking. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s).

Clean up fee depends with the detail shop cost, which can be $75.00 to $250, applied to the credit card.

Pickup Time Disclaimer

Selecting a pickup time later than what is recommended or when you enter pickups on the reservation page which, for example, is at 5:45 pm instead of 5:45 am, could result in missing a flight or appointment. Abe Towncar Service can NOT be held responsible, and reservation will be marked as Time Requested by Customer.
